This healthy idli can be served with chutney or curry of your choice.
Servings : 30 -32 Idli
Ingredients:
1 cup Idli Rice
½ cup Poha/Aval (Flattened Rice)
¾ cup Urad Dal ( Ulundhu)
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 cup Ragi Flour
¾ tsp Salt
A pinch Yeast
Idli goes well with chutney like the coconut chutney and tomato chutney as shown in images below.
