How to Consume This Traditional Medicine
First, you have to get up at dawn. After the Fajr prayer – for those who carry it out – immediately leave the house, pluck two leaves of Siamese weed which are still red. That is, the top shoot.
Then pick 7 leaves of kedondong fence, which are still red. This means again, the shoots that are picked, can be in the form of those that are still slightly budding, or those that have become whole leaves. Most importantly, the leaves are still red.
Then bring it into the house, wash it with clean water. The two types of leaves are mixed together, and then chewed raw. Don't be afraid about how it feels. Because only chelate is not obvious.
Chew in such a way that it disintegrates in the mouth, then swallow and drink water.
It is important to note, the leaves are consumed when the stomach has not been filled with other foods.
