Here is my 5th week. Not much progress but I see I get used to my new healthy life style. Thanks to @shanibeer who started Wednesday Wellbeing Club, I couldn't improve my habit without it.
Looking back last two week
I'm coming back to regular days ... When I have market in the end of the week on Friday & Saturday, I tend to eat sugar and drink beer there with market people ๐ It's a treat. Socializing is important too. I must balance it with other days.
- Lose 300g โ +300g ๐ฑ
- 8K+ steps and 20 minutes yoga, stretching or muscle training โ ๐
- Less sugar โ ๐Two cakes over the weekend ...
- Tea and water in total 1.8L per day โ ๐
- Going to bed until 23:00 to catch 7-8h of sleep โ ๐
So just my weight is something I couldn't improve really so far. I wonder what shall I do for it.
Rules for this week
I keep the goals same as last week:
- Lose 300g.
- 8K+ steps and 20 minutes yoga, stretching or muscle training
- Less sugar. Max one piece of good chocolate a day at home.
- Tea and water in total 1.8L per day
- Going to bed until 23:00 to catch 7-8h of sleep
I keep my eyes a bit more on my weight ... Maybe I record what I eat in a day.
