It's my fourth week. I was absent for posting last week due to my daughter's cold and busy days ...
Looking back last two week
Due to the busy days, I broke some of the good habits I established such as drinking water, daily exercises, going to bed until 23:00 and I was craving sugar ... but some good things happened. Let's take a look!
- Lose 300g → - 800g 😊
- 8K+ steps and 20 minutes yoga, stretching or muscle training → I walked quite well last week but talking about exercise ... 😕
- Less sugar → 🤯 I ate a lot ... but now coming back to one piece of good chocolate a day at home.
- Tea and water in total 1.8L per day → 🤯
- Going to bed until 23:00 to catch 7-8h of sleep → 🤯
Rules for this week
- Lose 300g

- Less sugar. Max one piece of good chocolate a day at home.
- Tea and water in total 1.8L per day
- Going to bed until 23:00 to catch 7-8h of sleep
I keep on going for the next two months to improve my lifestyle!
