Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin

The rarest place I've ever been to is the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Virgin in Vologda. It is located near the railway, almost under the Poshekhonsky bridge. It is not very convenient to get here either on foot or by car.

And in general, it's boring here.

The place is a semi-abandoned park on the edge of a wasteland.

There is a stone chapel nearby.

And all this is adjacent to the industrial zone.

But the surprise was the statue of Jesus at the gate of the temple. I immediately used this find, combining it with the environment....that is, put street lights in his hands.

Perhaps this is the only decent shot of the whole walk through this boring place.

But even one successful shot is already a great success!
