The arrival of winter means that a different kind of joy begins in the home of a Bengali, and since the arrival of winter in Bangladesh, a festive atmosphere of making winter pies will be seen in every house, but I am not an exception because I myself am a Bengali.
Different types of pitha can be seen making pitha on the side of the road in urban area but I think if you want to buy pitha from the street it is better to make pitha and eat it at home but those who can't make pitha eat it from there and participate in the pitha festival it is very real.
I too can't make many kinds of pithas but I never hesitate to try because I think people can go a long way if they try, success is only through effort but without some help from mother it seems that the work is never complete.
Before making each pitha, I learned from my mother what things are needed to make any pitha and what pitha is known by what name it was given in Bangladesh. I wrote in the notebook.
It is actually not possible to make every pitha in one day because we see many types of pithas which are very difficult to make so what I did one day I made one pitha and took a photography I am sharing them with you I hope you like it.
