Swing bridge in Heathcote

After our visit to the Pink Cliffs on the edge of the town of Heathcote, we set about looking for a nice spot to eat a picnic lunch. We found a nice spot and sat down to enjoy our food.
Driving a couple of minutes back into town we stopped to inspect a small suspension bridge which straddled the small river below. With all of the rain that we have had recently, the river was flowing vigorously, and its level was quite high.
A few photos later and after crossing several times, it was time to make our way back to Bendigo, hopefully taking roads that we had not travelled on during this holiday.
