The topic makes me smile. If there's anything I love first in this life, it is myself. Without loving myself, I can't love others.
HOW I SHOW MYSELF LOVE:
I show love to myself by taking good care of myself in various ways:
i) MEDICAL CARE: I can't wait until I am sick before going to the hospital for medical treatment. I often visit the hospital for medical care to make myself healthy. There is no good health, no business, and no happiness of any kind.
ii) DIET/TIME: My body needs a good diet at the right time to look good. We know that there's time for everything, so I don't play with food whenever I feel like eating. Those closer to me know that I can't keep someone's money and suffer or die of hunger. It is not me. Please, I love myself.
ii) I AM KIND TO MYSELF. Is it because the world we live in has harsh words? Should I be harsh to myself? CAPITAL “NO”. I say kind words to myself regularly. I can't call myself a mean thing or doubt myself. I always celebrate myself often and often, not only on birthdays, Christmas, Easter, and so on and so forth.
It is very easy to show love to myself.
I'm a product of love, and I love myself. It's very easy to show love to myself because I can't show love to others without being able to show love to myself first. You can't give what you don't have.
Self-love is the simplest thing for me. That's why I work to make money to show myself love.
I Learned to Love Myself:
The shock of a sad thing that happened a few years ago has yet to disappear from the hearts of the witnesses. It’s a great lesson to learn about self-love. A woman died with 2.7 million naira in cash in her box for a minor illness that 2,000 naira of medication would have cured. She refused to touch the money for any kind of treatment because she wanted it to be more than that.
As good members of the house, self-love should be our first priority.
