Plan para realizar una Revelación de Sexo [ESP/ENG]

Saludos @chic-event-plan que tal están? Por acá yo de nuevo aportando mi granito de arena en esta interesante comunidad que está naciendo y representa un gran aporte a la hora de organizar o planificar cualquier tipo de evento.

En este post quiero compartirles lo que yo realicé para lo que se viene celebrando como "Revelación de Sexo" donde compartimos con nuestros seres queridos el sexo de ese ser especial que ya viene en camino.

Nosotros decidimos realizar la revelación de sexo mediante un video que se publicaría mediante las redes sociales, lo hicimos de esta manera para compartir también el momento con nuestros familiares y amigos que no se encuentran en el país, pero nunca dejan de estar cerca y siempre están atentos tanto con el desarrollo del bebé como de nosotros en esta experiencia, en mi caso, de madre primeriza.

Así que acá les comparto la planificación para realizar la Revelación de Sexo:

1. Conversar con tu médico tratante : Cuando ya se acercan las semanas para que el sexo del bebé se note por las ecografías es importante que conversen con su doctor o doctora que no desean saber el sexo sino hasta el día en que hagan la celebración o en mi caso la producción del vídeo.

2. Hacer un sobre dónde este escrito el sexo del bebé: Este sobre se lo vamos a dar a nuestra persona de confianza quien será parte importante en la organización del vídeo o evento.

3. Buscar el sitio para la producción o evento: Para la revelación de sexo escogimos un sitio al aire libre, un campo de girasoles, conversamos con las personas encargadas acerca del tiempo para alquilar el espacio , los días disponibles y concretamos la agenda con el pago correspondiente.

4. Escoger el fotógrafo para la producción: Platicamos con un amigo que es fotógrafo y también se dedica a la realización de videos, le comentamos acerca de la idea y del sitio donde agendamos para saber si estaba disponible y una vez concretado nos dió muchas ideas para la producción

5. Seleccionar cómo será la revelación de sexo: Hay muchas maneras y dinámicas para revelar el sexo, nosotros escogimos la opción del cañón de confeti, al seleccionar le comentamos a nuestra persona de confianza que tiene el sobre con el sexo del bebé para que realice la compra.

6. Elegir el vestuario: El papá de Loa y yo decimos vestir de color blanco que representa: pureza y nuevos comienzos, también combinaba perfecto con el color amarillo de los girasoles. Mis mejores amigas también salieron en el video y fueron de color amarillo.

7. Crear un grupo de WhatsApp: esta herramienta me ayudó muchísimo para manterme comunicada con todas las personas involucradas con la producción del vídeo, para el día citado en el campo de girasoles todos estuvimos puntuales gracias a todas las indicaciones que dábamos por el grupo.

Siguiendo esta planificación fue como podimos realizar el vídeo, una vez estando en el sitio el fotógrafo se dedicó a buscar los mejores planos e iluminación, mis amigas me ayudaron en la parte del maquillaje y en traer el cañon de confeti. Al principio del día estaba un poco nublado, pero al esperar algunos minutos el tiempo se fue colocando cada vez mas soleado y perfecto para las tomas.

Greetings @chic-event-plan how are you? Here I am again contributing my grain of sand in this interesting community that is being born and represents a great contribution when organizing or planning any type of event.

In this post I want to share with you what I did for what is being celebrated as "Sex Reveal" where we share with our loved ones the sex of that special being that is on the way.

We decided to make the sex revelation through a video that would be published through social networks, we did it this way to also share the moment with our family and friends who are not in the country, but never fail to be close and are always attentive to both the development of the baby and us in this experience, in my case, as a new mother.

So, here I share with you the planning to perform the Sex Reveal:

1. Talk to your Doctor: When the weeks are approaching for the sex of the baby to be noticed by ultrasound is important to talk to your doctor or doctor you do not want to know the sex until the day you make the celebration or in my case the production of the video.
2. Make an envelope where the sex of the baby is written: This envelope will be given to our trusted person who will be an important part of the organization of the video or event.
3. Finding the site for the production or event: For the sex revelation we chose an outdoor site, a sunflower field, we talked with the people in charge about the time to rent the space, the days available and we set the agenda with the corresponding payment.
4. Choosing the photographer for the production: We talked to a friend of ours who is a photographer and also a video maker, we told him about the idea and the place where we were scheduling to see if he was available and once we made the decision he gave us many ideas for the production.
5. Select how the gender reveal will be: There are many ways and dynamics to reveal the gender, we chose the confetti cannon option, when selecting we tell our trusted person who has the envelope with the baby's gender to make the purchase.
6. Choosing the wardrobe: Loa's dad and I decided to wear white, which represents purity and new beginnings, and it also matched perfectly with the yellow color of the sunflowers. My best friends were also in the video and they were yellow.
7. Create a WhatsApp group: this tool helped me a lot to keep in touch with all the people involved in the production of the video, for the day we met in the sunflower field we were all on time thanks to all the indications we gave through the group.

Following this planning was how we were able to make the video, once we were on site the photographer was dedicated to find the best shots and lighting, my friends helped me in the part of the makeup and bring the confetti cannon. At the beginning of the day it was a little cloudy, but as we waited a few minutes the weather got sunnier and sunnier and perfect for the shots.
