Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. It's the weekend once again and club football is back and ready to deliver an incredible moment of football to many of us football fans. Today is a big day as one of the biggest fixtures in football history, THE EL CLASICO, will be played in a couple of hours soon. I am excited to see how this match will play out today as both teams have been in good form in both domestic league and European competitions this season.

This El Clasico has so much hype because of how both FC Barcelona and Real Madrid have been informed this season, and currently, it is hard to predict who will walk out of the Bernabeu with all three points. There is something about this match that people don't understand yet as this match could be the deciding the league winners next year I know it does not sound right because there is still a lot of football to be played this season but with the present form of both teams especially FC Barcelona it will be had for Hansi Flick team to drop points with the way they are playing this season in the league.

FC Barcelona has what it takes to get all three points in the Santiago Bernabeu today. Hansi Flick's team has shown incredible resilience in each match they have played this season. The first test to confirm if Hansi Flick's boys are really on form was the match against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night in the Champions League and we all know how it all ended as the Catalan giant beat the German giant 4-1 in an epic showdown. Raphinha was the main force that got Barcelona the win as he has been superb this season.

Now the big question is, will Hansi Flick boys do it again at the Santiago Bernabeu against their arch-rivals Real Madrid? If we are being honest, Real Madrid has been struggling a bit this season as they have not filled that striker position because, looking at their performance this season, it is easy to tell that Real Madrid needs a pure striker. Mbappe was signed to take that position but it has not been an easy ride for the Frenchman this season in the league.

Mbappe has already said that he preferred to play on the left wing some seasons ago as that is his preferred position, but since joining Real Madrid he has said that wherever the coach wants him to play he will do that, but that has not been working out fine as sometimes you could see Mbappe on that left-wing side of the field with Vinicius Junior, and with the present form Vinicius Junior is it will be a bad decision to bench the Brazilian because he is currently offering way more than Mbappe in the front attack.

It is going to be a hand job for the Barcelona defense to hold Vinicius and Mbappe today, but I am worried about the high press line Hansi Flick is using. Although it has been successful with a team like Real Madrid, who has fast runners, I just hope it doesn't cost the team this match today. Looking forward to the match and I hope you all don't miss it. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
