My family loves Papaya so well including myself and as a result of that, we planted it most in our Compound 21years ago. As a food dietian I make research about food & fruits a whole lot.
Papaya is a kind of fruits. It's local name is pawpaw. It's from the family of caricaceae and scientific name is Carica papaya.
I got to know through my dad, that papaya has male and female trees. Male trees have many flowers while the female trees have solitary flowers or clusters of few yellow green flowers

Since,we have much papaya trees in my Compound,we took off those that are ripe and make smoothies with it. Sometimes, we combine with other fruits like banana🍌, watermelon 🍉,apple🍎🍏,avocado🥑,strawberry🍓 e.t.c
I eventually made this a business. Currently I made smoothie and supply to people. Customers patronizes us so well.... From this, I took care of my school bills & gave supporting hands to my family.
