Harvest of beautiful beans : Short time profitable and easy

Hello friends, I have come to the village this weekend, I have not been able to go to my village for two weeks. Today, after having lunch on Saturday afternoon, I have come to our farm. There are beans planted in one of our fields, they have just started flowering and bearing fruits.

We call it Ghevda in the local Marathi language here. Due to the good rain this year, all the crops are growing well, as you can see. Next time when I come here, they will be a little bigger. Friends, the Amati of this Ghevda, that is, curry, is very tasty. Now the crop of green gram beans has been harvested here. Nowadays it is done by machine.

I kept some gram beans in the car for Mumbai. I also like its aamti, that is, curry very much. It will have to be cleaned here because it has just been made by machine, so it may also have some small pieces of crop and soil. When I came here today, my wife cleaned it. Now we will dry it in the shade, because here in the city there is no place to keep it in the sun. So now after sprouting it, we will make a vegetable out of it. Thank you friends.
