Good Morning all you Hivers!
Wooo hooo Monday!! I love Mondays, Bob Geldof can go fuck himself. We have divers yay. 4 on the boat for fun one Divemaster student, 2 rescue diver students and an open water diver student. I really can't complain about that all things considered at the moment.
The weather today is also superb, the sea is flat. The sky blue ( not that you can tell from my moody black and whites ) and its just so calm. I am looking forward to seeing the divers faces today, these conditions are idyllic.
I am a little behind in my usual routine this morning but coffee is done, guests are slowly trickling in and unusually I have 4 members of staff in early. They must have had a really boring weekend. This isn't normal, perhaps this is the new normal......no chance.
It's a nice mixed crowd. We have guests from Canada,UK, Sweden,Moldova,Philippines & Ireland in house today. It's really nice to watch the different cultures mingle. Fun to watch and nice to see everyone telling stories and taking an interest in anothers country, really healthy stuff. I've always said diving is a great leveller where you'll have a brain surgeon and a plumber in deep conversation about a specific sort of sea slug. In real life they'd only meet if ones toilet was blocked or the other needed brain surgery. We also have a nice mix of ages and gender which creates a nice vibe around the place.
Right I need to get the boat out and I need more coffee
