There are these moments in life sometimes...
That no words can capture.
That no camera can capture.
Yet infuse the soul with an absolute wonder.

I went out riding for a bit this afternoon...
While it started out pretty cloudy, there was this fantastic transition upon reaching the top of the chairlift with snow coming down just as the sun started piercing through the clouds, illuminating the details of the runs. Remarkable.
Riding down and around the mountain to a different chairlift, it was like entering a different kingdom of nature altogether as exiting the clouds - though still a floor of them below in the valley - and the first blue skies of the day presenting themselves.
Such simple beauty found in the most basic of overlooked treasures: the sun.
The setting in continual motion, the dynamic relationship between my position on the mountain and clouds in their progression, the image didn't last long... soon back to more clouds.
Yet not too long later... t'was like something out of a fairy tale.

Off across the valley, I had to do a double-take as looking at glimmers of the sun illuminating clouds, appearing as the richest, most majestical purples I may have ever seen.
It took a moment to realize the impact my rose-tinted goggle lens were having on my perception. And I questioned whether the microdose I'd taken a couple hours earlier ended up stronger than initially thought, with the glow & vividness of the sight so striking.
Carrying on with the exploration of the mountain for the next half hour, there was an expansion of viewpoints to observe this unreal play of light through the clouds, colored by this lens in ways nothing short of breathtaking.
Going up and down the mountain, in and out of the clouds as they pulsed, watching this interplay of nature's forces of light and water towering 1km above the earth, like the Divine breathing life into the screen of existence in such surreal palates of lush purples, soothing oranges, and calming pinks... I had to keep stopping to take in these moments, allowing the stillness in which the utmost awe to seep in.

It's almost tragic, having no pictures to share with such a story...
Almost cruel, to tell of such immense beauty without any ability to truly communicate even a fraction of it.
Yet, perhaps it is such exclusivity that contributes to these blessings of momentary experience...
The ever-so-quick passing of a sensory gift that can never be relived.
The delight of observing nature's wonders in infinite flux, scenes so remarkably captivating that will never be duplicated.
The treasure of life's most fundamental building blocks, always being rearranged, with the occasional lottery win of observing the stroke of God's paintbrush just as the peak moment of a masterpiece is reached, right before the next stroke as it is erased out of existence forever.
Or maybe they just call magic mushrooms "magic" for damn good reason. 🤷♂️
