I hope you all are fine today I will not talk much because today I want to talk about a very serious topic as everyone knows that nowadays it is the era of social media and all the children or young people are into mobile phones. and do not take care of their nutrition at all. And this is the reason why their health is suffering from many diseases.
My blog today is for our new generation to know about nutrition. And incorporate more fruits into your daily life. Knowing their benefits, fruits are very important for our health, so they should be used as much as possible in our routine. They contain many proteins and vitamins.
So let me share some pics with you today and collect some information about these fruits. A short blog on fruit nutrition Fruits are an important part of our diet which is not only delicious in taste but also rich in nutrients. They provide us with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants that are essential for our health.
1-Jujube:
Berries, despite their small size, are packed with nutrients. They are rich in vitamins C, K, fiber, and powerful antioxidants like anthocyanins. Antioxidants in berries help improve heart health, reduce inflammation, and reduce the risk of some types of cancer. Berries are also beneficial for brain health and can improve memory.
2.Melon and Watermelon:
They are great sources of water and are great for hydration in summer. They also contain vitamin A, vitamin C, and many antioxidants.
3. Apples contain:
vitamin C, fiber, some B vitamins, potassium and phenolic compounds. They are beneficial for heart health and also help in weight loss.
4.Banana:

5.Orange and Malta:
Malta is the identity of Sargodha, a famous city of our Pakistan or it is also called the city of gardens. Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C and also contain fiber, B vitamins, folate, and antioxidants. They help strengthen the immune system and improve skin health.
6.Mango:
Mangoes contain vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, and various antioxidants. They are beneficial for skin health and also improve heart health.
7.Berries:
Berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. are high in antioxidants which are good for heart health and reduce the risk of cancer. They are also a good source of fiber.
8.Pomegranate:
Pomegranate contains potassium, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate and antioxidants. Pomegranate juice is beneficial for heart health and it also helps in lowering blood pressure.
9.Pineapple:
Pineapple also contains vitamin C, B vitamins, fiber and manganese, as well as a unique enzyme called bromelain, which improves digestion and reduces inflammation.
