Para ésta, mi primera publicación aquí quiero comentar que encontré una maravilla para mi tipo de piel que es mixta, me ayuda a mantener mi rostro limpio y con pocas espinillas... Estoy hablando de un jabón de azufre que le compré a una emprendedora de cosmeticos artesanales aquí en Maracay. Hoy quiero que observen cómo me aplico el jabón una vez cada 15 días, ésta es mi rutina favorita porque es fácil y muy efectiva.

Mi rutina de Skin care con el jabón de azufre y otros productos
Siempre intento complementar para que mi piel no se irrite con el azufre. Lo que tengo a la mano para hacer todo más efectivo es una mascarilla hidratante, exfoliante, un bálsamo para los labios y mi cepillo eléctrico para el rostro.
I always try to supplement so my skin doesn't get irritated by the sulfur. What I have on hand to make everything more effective is a hydrating mask, scrub, lip balm, and my electric face brush.
Llevo haciendo ésta rutina aproximadamente desde hace cuatro meses, quiero mostrarles cómo está antes del tratamiento la apariencia del rostro, siempre luce así luego de tantos días trabajando y sin una rutina para el cuidado de la piel. Con células muertas, labios resecos y poros sucios y negros.
I have been doing this routine for approximately four months, I want to show you how the appearance of the face is before the treatment, it always looks like this after so many days working and without a skin care routine. With dead cells, dry lips and dirty and black pores.
Lo primero que hago es aplicar el jabón, ya que es bastante intenso el efecto en la piel, con el jabón procedo a batirlo ya que el azufre baja al fondo del envase, luego de mezclarlo aplico en pequeñas cantidades por mi rostro previamente humedecido.
The first thing I do is apply the soap, since the effect on the skin is quite intense, with the soap I proceed to beat it since the sulfur falls to the bottom of the container, after mixing it I apply in small amounts to my previously moistened face.
Con ayuda del cepillo eléctrico para el rostro, doy masajes con movimientos circulares por un tiempo estimado de dos minutos, humedeciendo constantemente.
With the help of the electric brush for the face, I massage with circular movements for an estimated time of two minutes, moistening constantly.
Lavo mi cara con abundante agua y con ayuda de las manos también con movimientos circulares retiro el jabón haciéndolo primero espumoso. A partir de ahí ya se nota un cambio significativo en la sensación de la piel. Seco mi rostro con una toalla específica para eso.
I wash my face with plenty of water and with the help of my hands, also with circular movements, I remove the soap, first making it foamy. From there, a significant change in the sensation of the skin is already noticeable. I dry my face with a specific towel for that.
Luego espero un minuto con el rostro fresco y seco, aplico un exfoliante que al mismo tiempo sea hidratante. Me gusta utilizar los exfoliante texturizados.
Then I wait a minute with a fresh and dry face, I apply an exfoliant that is also moisturizing. I like to use textured scrubs.
Aplicando con movimientos circulares por todo el rostro por un tiempo estimado de dos minutos. Luego se retira con agua y un poquito de jabón de azufre ya directamente para retirar de una vez.
Applying with circular movements all over the face for an estimated time of two minutes. Then it is removed with water and a little sulfur soap and directly to remove at once.
A partir de ahí siempreseco mi rostro con mucho cuidado y paciencia, luego de eso me hidrato y complemento lo ya aplicado, con ayuda de una mascarilla, en éste caso uilicé una llamada "Ever Rosa" con extracto de perlas.
From then on I always dry my face very carefully and patiently, after that I hydrate and complement what I have already applied, with the help of a mask, in this case I used one called "Ever Rosa" with pearl extract.
Coloco la mascarilla por 20 minutos. Tomo ese tiempo para relajarme y escuchar música.

Lavo el rostro nuevamente, sin jabón y finalizo hidratando mis labios con un balsamo de marca "Nevada".
I wash my face again, without soap, and finish moisturizing my lips with a "Nevada" brand balm.
Rostro limpio y fresco finalizando la rutina
Luego de todo ese tratamiento acostumbro antes de dormir colocarme una crema dermoprotectora de la cuál les platicaré prontamente. Hoy quise enfocarme en el Azufre ya que ha sido un gran aliado para mi piel.
After all that treatment, I usually put on a skin protection cream before going to sleep, which I will tell you about soon. Today I wanted to focus on Sulfur since it has been a great ally for my skin.
También recomiendo esto para otras partes del cuerpo, algunos utilizan el azufre en productos como shampoo para estimular su crecimiento y, el jabón algunos los tienen en específico para otras partes de la piel cómo piernas y trasero. Es siempre importante probar todo poco a poco para ver si tu piel lo acepta de manera positiva.
I also recommend this for other parts of the body, some use sulfur in products like shampoo to stimulate growth, and some have soap specifically for other parts of the skin like legs and butt. It is always important to try everything little by little to see if your skin accepts it in a positive way.
