Una rutina básica de skincare puede ayudarnos muchísimo a mantener nuestra piel saludable y balanceada, siempre tomando en cuenta las necesidades, el padecimiento y el tipo de cada uno de nosotros para aplicar los productos adecuados y en el orden que corresponde; también estando atentos si es de día o de noche pues en ese caso también varían. En cuanto a mi habia estado presentando un cutis graso, en la zona "T" (frente, nariz y barbilla) se me veía brillante, aparte un polvo compacto que estaba utilizando me irritó la piel y empezaron a salir algunos granitos por lo cual decidí retomar el hábito de cuidar mi carita e invertir en mi, asi que estuve buscando cosas que fueran accesibles a mi presupuesto.
A basic skincare routine can help us a lot to keep our skin healthy and balanced, always taking into account the needs, the condition and the type of each one of us to apply the right products and in the right order; also being attentive if it is day or night because in that case they also vary. As for me I had been having an oily complexion, in the "T" zone (forehead, nose and chin) I looked shiny, besides a compact powder that I was using irritated my skin and I started to get some pimples so I decided to get back into the habit of taking care of my face and invest in myself, so I was looking for things that were accessible to my budget.
Ahora todas las mañanas lo primero que hago es lavar mi cara y cuello con un jabón neutro de la marca Bios, ya que sirve para todo tipo de piel al tener un pH muy parecido al nuestro, es hipoalergénico y tiene buena limpieza.
Now every morning the first thing I do is to wash my face and neck with a neutral soap from Bios brand, as it is suitable for all skin types as it has a pH very similar to ours, it is hypoallergenic and has a good cleaning effect.
Seco mi cara y cuello con una toalla que solo utilizo para estos, ejerciendo ligeros toques para que absorba el exceso de agua.
I dry my face and neck with a towel that I only use for these, lightly dabbing to absorb excess water.
Aplico un sérum con niacinamida (vitamina B3) de las fórmulas magistrales de Farmatodo que ayuda a unificar el tono de la piel, a reducir las arrugas gracias a que aumenta la producción de elastina y colágeno, a regular el sebo y es antiinflamatorio para el acné, es muy buen hidratante, mejora la textura de la piel y el aspecto de los poros. Lo mejor es que puede utilizarse para cualquiera que sea tu tipo de piel.

*Solo coloco 3 gotas en el rostro, evitando que el gotero toque la piel y distribuyo por todo el rostro con movimientos circulares.

Una vez que se haya absorbido el sérum procedo aplicar el gel de aloe vera de Bacc Beauty and Care tanto en la cara como en el cuello, este controla la grasa, hidrata, cura el daño solar y también es aclarante. Es muy gentil en nuestra piel.

Por último protejo mi piel de los rayos UVB y UVA con un protector solar Neutrogena de 85 FPS (factor de protección solar) el cual tiene un buen nivel de fotoprotección, es importante tomar en cuenta este aspectos al momento de elegir uno para que realmente haga su función durante mayor tiempo, hay que recordar retocar cada 2 o 3 horas para conservar su eficacia.
Finally, I protect my skin from UVB and UVA rays with a Neutrogena sunscreen of 85 SPF (sun protection factor) which has a good level of photoprotection, it is important to take this into account when choosing one so that it really works for a longer time, remember to retouch every 2 or 3 hours to maintain its effectiveness.
Actualmente estoy maquillándome lo menos posible hasta obtener los resultados que deseo en mi piel. Vernos y sentirnos bien incrementa nuestro autoestima. Espero que todos encuentren la rutina ideal para su tipo de piel y le hayan servido de referencia los productos que estoy utilizando.
