En esta oportunidad quisiera compartir con ustedes dos cremas hidratantes que me han ayudado a mantenerme, donde el componente principal es la manteca de cacao, un ingrediente utilizado en la cosmética para el cuidado de la piel y el cabello. Mucho hablamos acerca de la rutina diaria para el cuidado del rostro, pero nuestro cuerpo también necesita que lo mantengamos humectado todos los dÃas, esto facilita la regeneración celular y mejora la elasticidad de la piel.

This time I would like to share with you two moisturizing creams that have helped me maintain myself, where the main component is cocoa butter, an ingredient used in cosmetics for skin and hair care. We talk a lot about the daily routine for facial care, but our body also needs to be kept moisturized every day, this facilitates cell regeneration and improves skin elasticity.
La primera crema es de la marca Equate Beauty, la cual contiene manteca de cacao y karite. El cacao mejora el tono de la piel, la elasticidad y promueve la producción de colágeno, actúa como una barrera y retarda pérdida de agua, tiene un alto contenido en vitaminas A y E; por su lado el karite suaviza y regenera la piel dañada, reduce y mejora la apariencia de las arrugas, contiene vitaminas A, E y F que ayudan a las manchas de la edad. Tiene un aroma suave y muy agradable, también buena absorción, la utilizo a diario luego del baño para evitar la resequedad por el jabón.
The first cream is from the brand Equate Beauty, which contains cocoa and shea butter. Cocoa improves skin tone, elasticity and promotes collagen production, acts as a barrier and slows water loss, has a high content of vitamins A and E; for its part the karite softens and regenerates damaged skin, reduces and improves the appearance of wrinkles, contains vitamins A, E and F that help with age spots. It has a soft and very pleasant scent, also good absorption, I use it daily after bathing to avoid dryness due to soap.
La segunda es de la marca Nivea que al igual que la primera contiene manteca de cacao pero el componente que la acompaña está vez es la vitamina E, aunque ya de por sà el cacao la tiene cuando la agregamos en mayor cantidad actúa directamente como humectante y también como emoliente, por lo que ayuda a la piel a qué absorba el agua y también la retiene, proporciona antioxidantes, renueva y regenera las células. Esta tiene un aroma un poco más fuerte que la primera y si vives en un clima caluroso como yo puede tener a sentirse la piel un poquito grasa al sudar, asà que la recomiendo más cuando estamos en casa o para la noche antes de dormir y dejarla actuar.
The second one is from the brand Nivea which like the first one contains cocoa butter but the component that accompanies it this time is vitamin E, although cocoa itself already has it when we add it in greater quantity it acts directly as a moisturizer and also as an emollient, so it helps the skin to absorb water and also retains it, provides antioxidants, renews and regenerates the cells. This one has a slightly stronger scent than the first one and if you live in a hot climate like me it can make your skin feel a bit greasy when sweating, so I recommend it more when we are at home or at night before going to sleep and leave it on.
