Hoy les quiero compartir unas fotografías después de haber entrenado decidí hacer algunas planchas para ver qué tal estaba mi resistencia y realice algunas variaciones de plancha , también cabe a destacar que mientras uno esté más cansado más difíciles son la planchas ya que pesan más y es más difícil de realizarlas con buena postura primero hice una full y fue la que más me costó ya que todavía no la tengo muy dominada después realice una Straddle normal descanse 20 segundos y hice una Straddle a dedos y luego a puños y por último una Straddle ladeada sin más nada que decir espero les gusten las fotografías..
