It's Getting Easier and Easier to Go to the Lighthouse
Un gran saludo amigos de la comunidad de Liketu, Hive y Street Workout Community. Les mando un fuerte abrazo. El día de hoy vengo con nuevamente otra salida a trotar con rumbo al Faro, como siempre acostumbro a realizar los fines de semana en la mañana, esta vez solo en compañía de mi amigo Mauricio, debido a que mi compañero Exis (@alexdro-sw), no se sentía bien en la mañana, y desafortunadamente no pudo realizar el recorrido con nosotro, por lo cual esta vez tocó hacerlo sin el.
Pero por otro lado me sentía súper bien cuando realicé el recorrido, cada vez más puedo sentir como me estoy acostumbrando al trote, y mis capacidades cardío respiratorias esta mejorando cada vez aun más, dando como resultado mejor rendimiento en el trote y en los entrenamientos, me sorprendió ver que estando con esta cargar muscular que tengo debido a los entrenamientos de esta semana, pude rendir de la mejor manera en el trote. Y bueno ya para culminar solo me queda comentarles de que la semana termino de la mejor manera, la verdad me encuentro muy satisfecho con mis entrenamientos y lo mucho que estoy progresando, aunque creo que próximamente tendré que hacer unos ajustes a mi tiempo de entrenamiento, debido a que comencé a trabajar, así que no dispondré del mismo tiempo que tenia antes, pero de igual forma no pienso rendirme así de fácil, tratare de dar todo de mi par acostumbrarme a una nueva rutina y seguir progresando en el street workout. Today I come again with another jogging trip to the Lighthouse, as I always do on weekends in the morning, this time alone with my friend Mauricio, because my partner Exis (@alexdro-sw), was not feeling well in the morning, and unfortunately could not make the journey with us, so this time I had to do it without him.
But on the other hand I felt super good when I did the run, more and more I can feel how I'm getting used to jogging, and my cardio respiratory capabilities are improving even more, resulting in better performance in jogging and training, I was surprised to see that being with this muscle load that I have due to the workouts this week, I could perform the best way in the jogging. And well now to finish I can only comment that the week ended in the best way, the truth is that I am very satisfied with my workouts and how much I am progressing, although I think that soon I will have to make some adjustments to my training time, because I started working, so I will not have the same time I had before, but still I will not give up so easy, I will try to give all of me to get used to a new routine and continue progressing in the street workout.
