hola a todos lo de la comunidad hive soy@felixswcab y hoy les vengo a compartir un poco de mi entrenamiento que fue de puros estaticos el dia de hoy comenze haciendo flexiones de pecho 15 de 3 repeticiones luego pase a hacer lin planche y lin planche de estradel hice varios intentos logre durar mas segundo en las postura de lin planche y lin planche de estradel tome unos brebe descansos y note el las nubes bonitas y le tome una foto luego pase hacer tiradas de estradel planche todavia por lo que veo necesito levantar las pierna un poco mas pero ya logre avanzar mucho ya que mejore la postura y eso me alegra bastante luego pase a hacer para de manos quise hacer el intento de hacer para de manos a una sola mano pero no pude solo logre marca la pura postura todavia nececito bastante fuerza y equilibro para lograr eso espero que le gusten las fotos SWC
