A Photo Shoot During My Training
Que gusto el poder compartir con ustedes estas fotografías que fueron capturadas durante mi entrenamiento, estaba entrenando algo suave hice una rutina sencilla de plancha y para variar algunos estáticos, quise entrenar esta semana un poco más tranquilo ya que la carga muscular que le he dado a mi cuerpo esta rindiendo sus frutos y lo dejare descansar un poco esta semana para evitar alguna lesión, claro con el favor de dios primeramente y también me ayudara a ver si con el descanso de mi cuerpo obtengo mejores resultados
What a pleasure to share with you these pictures that were captured during my training, I was training something soft I did a simple plank routine and for a change some static, I wanted to train this week a little quieter because the muscle load that I have given my body is paying off and let him rest a little this week to avoid injury, of course with the favor of God first and also help me to see if the rest of my body get better results.
