Utilizando estuco y pego en la casa para las grietas [Esp/Eng]

Saludos comunidad, quiero contarles que desde hace tiempo quería hacerle un regalo a la casa en la que he vivido prácticamente toda mi vida. Aquí vivieron mis padres, ahora vivo yo ahí, hasta que me pueda mudar a mi casa, por lo que me corresponde a mi y a mi esposo reparar lo dañado.

Quiero pintar, pero las paredes están demasiado feas desde el frente de la casa, área del garaje, sala y pasillo interno, y así no se puede.Para pintar y que quede hermoso todos los espacios hay que tapar las grietas de las paredes, quitar lo malo para colocarle una mezcla que el albañil me dijo que sale económica y le da un revestimiento óptimo a las paredes y seca rápido.

Los materiales que se compraron por sugerencia del albañil fueron: 1 saco de cemento, 2 sacos de pego y 2 sacos de estuco y tres tobos de arena azul cernida para para agarrar los remiendos superficiales y profundos en las áreas que les mencione.

Se inició la reparación por el frente de la casa el jueves pasado, para ello utilizaron andamio para subir y poder quitar lo dañado en la parte superior del frente, procedió a humedecer el área y con ayuda de dos tubos en ambos extremos sostenidos con zuncho se colocó la mezcla elaborada con
cemento, agua y arena azul , el cual tenía una consistencia homogénea, buscaron que quedará el ala bien hecha, esa parte estaba muy deteriorada.

Posteriormente empezaron a raspar la pared en la parte inferior para humedecer, y así agregar la mezcla realizada con pego, estuco y agua para tapar superficialmente, esa mezcla debe de quedar manejable para que con la cuchara de albañilería junto a la esponja quede lisa la pared.

Ese procedimiento del estuco fue el que más se uso en el resto de las reparaciones de mi hogar, les cuento que tardaron tres días en terminar, el albañil tuvo la ayuda de mi esposo, de esa manera se ahorró en pagar a un ayudante.

Me siento feliz, de haber culminado lo que me propuse en hacer con las grietas, me quedo material que podre utilizar en otras reparaciones que faltan para pintar En los próximos días mostraré más avances.

The materials purchased at the suggestion of the mason were: 1 sack of cement, 2 sacks of glue and 2 sacks of stucco and three buckets of sifted blue sand to hold the superficial and deep patches in the areas I mentioned.

The repair began on the front of the house last Thursday, for this they used scaffolding to climb and to be able to remove the damaged in the upper part of the front, proceeded to moisten the area and with the help of two tubes at both ends held with straps was placed the mixture made with cement, water and blue sand, which had homogeneous consistency, they looked for a well done wing, that part was very damaged.

Subsequently, they began to scrape the lower part of the wall to moisten it and add the mixture made with glue, stucco and water to cover it superficially, this mixture should be manageable so that with the masonry spoon and the sponge the wall would be smooth.

This stucco procedure was done to the other rooms of my home, because it did not require a major repair, I tell you that it took three days to finish, the mason had the help of my husband, that way he saved on paying an assistant.

I am happy to have completed what I set out to do with the cracks, I have material left that I can use in other repairs that are missing to paint. In the coming days I will show more progress.
