Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
As a reminder and an instruction from the Almighty God, we are to resist any temptation to speak or act like the people who don't have Christ in them.
Conforming to the world system is a defeat to one's Christian race and God is against such attitudes.
Thus, He offers a perfect solution: renew your mind! In order to overcome the world system, we must intentionally and consistently renew our minds with the ever new and refreshing word of God.
The truth is, as long as we are physically in this world, the system of this world will always cross our minds. Thus, we are to guide against indulging in what is not in agreement with the word of God, irrespective of how logical and moral it sounds.
It is expected of us that we prove what is good, acceptable and perfect will of God in our daily routine. Let us go back to the first works in Christ and draw the line. Let us do what is right before God, no matter what it costs us.

Dear Lord, thank you for instructing us again today. Please help us to overcome the system of this world and remain steadfast in Christ till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
