¡Hola a todos! Feliz viernes 🐝
Ayer fueron 4 km de risas, fotos y un poquito del sol Araureño, 4 km que hicimos a pie @torre-alba, un invitado especial, o sea mi primo Carlos Daniel y por su puesto yo, su narradora de confianza (o la que hay 😂). Mientras caminábamos ya íbamos haciendo planes para futuras caminatas, posiblemente en alguna montaña. 😁
En el trayecto conversamos con mi primo sobre sus inclinaciones en el estudio, que le gustaría aprender al salir de bachillerato... Ese tipo de charlas que surgen cuando se acerca la graduación, aunque a él todavía le falta un año. A Carlos Daniel le gusta mucho caminar y hacer ejercicio, así que fue un invitado ideal, disfrutamos mucho de la caminata.
El plan 🌿
El punto de llegada fue el balneario de Araure, también conocido como la quebrada de Araure. Llegamos a las 2 de la tarde, allí estuvimos un buen rato disfrutando de la tranquilidad del lugar. Por ser día jueves había pocas personas y eso hacía que todo el ambiente fuera muy sereno. ✨
Nos bañamos, comimos un poco, reposamos y de vuelta al agua. Así estuvimos un rato, entre árboles que resguardan todo el canal de la quebrada.
Esa es una de las cosas que me gusta del lugar, diría que al llegar te sientes más enérgico, sano, y feliz... Tantos árboles que brindan mucha sombra logran que el agua se mantenga siempre un poco fría, bastante refrescante para los días que el sol quiere mirarnos de cerquita.😅
Y sí, esta quebrada nace del río Camburito, por eso me gusta tanto. No puedo irme de Portuguesa sin darme un baño en sus aguas llaneras y mi esposo tampoco 🤭 Parece que ha quedado enamorado de las vertientes de vida que existen en mi querida tierra.
El balneario cierra casi a las 5 de la tarde, estuvimos hasta que nos dijeron "calabaza, calabaza, cada quien para su casa". 😂
El regreso fue mucho más relajado y creo que nos llevó bastante tiempo, es que íbamos disfrutando del paisaje, aunque fuera el mismo, pero la luz de la tarde era otra. Todo se veía más bonito, más fresco.
Cuando cruzamos la avenida vimos algo que estuvo detrás de nosotros todo el rato:
Un arcoíris, que parecía pintado. Lo raro es que no había llovido, al menos no donde estábamos, pero pudimos apreciar ese bonito regalo desde este lado de la ciudad. ¿Cuántos lo habrán visto ese día? ¿Encontraron oro al final del arcoíris? Yo encontré una flor 🤭

Hello everyone! Happy Friday 🐝
Yesterday was 4 km of laughs, photos and a little bit of the Araureño sun, 4 km that we did on foot @torre-alba, a special guest, that is my cousin Carlos Daniel and of course me, his trusted narrator (or the one there is 😂). While we were walking we were already making plans for future hikes, possibly in some mountain. 😁
On the way we chatted with my cousin about his inclinations in studying, what he would like to learn when he gets out of high school.... That kind of talk that comes up when graduation is approaching, although he still has a year to go. Carlos Daniel likes to walk and exercise a lot, so he was an ideal guest, we enjoyed the walk very much.
The plan 🌿
The point of arrival was the spa of Araure, also known as the Araure ravine. We arrived at 2 pm, there we spent some time enjoying the tranquility of the place. Since it was a Thursday there were few people and that made the whole atmosphere very serene. ✨
We bathed, ate a little, rested and back in the water. We stayed like that for a while, among trees that protect the entire channel of the creek.
That is one of the things I like about the place, I would say that when you get there you feel more energetic, healthy and happy... So many trees that provide a lot of shade keep the water always a little cool, quite refreshing for the days when the sun wants to look at us from close 😅.
And yes, this creek originates from the Camburito river, that's why I like it so much. I can't leave Portuguesa without taking a bath in its plains waters, and neither can my husband 🤭 It seems that he has fallen in love with the springs of life that exist in my beloved land.
The spa closes almost at 5 in the afternoon, we stayed until they told us "pumpkin, pumpkin, every man for his own home". 😂
The return was much more relaxed and I think it took us quite some time, is that we were enjoying the scenery, even if it was the same, but the afternoon light was different. Everything looked nicer, cooler.
As we crossed the avenue we saw something that was behind us the whole time:
A rainbow, which looked like it was painted. The strange thing is that it hadn't rained, at least not where we were, but we could appreciate that beautiful gift from this side of the city. How many must have seen it that day? Did they find gold at the end of the rainbow? I found a flower 🤭
