Diciembre se remonta a esto, a poder compartir entre toda la familia mientras cocinamos, hacemos comida rica y todas estas cosas que integran cada uno de nuestras vidas como persona y nos alimentan como familia.
El poder estar todos reunidos haciendo hallacas es una tradición que permanece en el hogar y nos llena mucho.
Mis tías, primas e incluso amigas nos reunimos para hacer de este momento algo bonito y creo que es parte del sabor de las hallacas el estar todos juntos unidos y compartiendo recordando los viejos tiempos.
Hablábamos mucho de las tradiciones de antes, de cómo vivíamos nuestras navidades, y también de cómo han ido cambiando muchas costumbres, descubrí también algo que hacían mis tías y era la tradición del pavo borracho, yo primera vez que escuchaba algo así jajajaja
Pero fue interesante poder conocer sus anécdotas e historias, creo que es parte del avance de la vida y de como esta nueva generación va creciendo con vivencias diferentes a las nuestras.
Así entre charlas y cuentos logramos hacer 153 hallacas, mi parte favorita es comerlas jajaja, pero ayudé amarrando, no soy experto, pero sí me defiendo un poco.
Creo que este ha sido mi puesto desde hace tiempo jajajaja es más, creo que el puesto de cada quien va a depender de la edad o por lo menos creo que así lo manejan acá en mi familia, puedes compartir conmigo como es esta tradición en tu familia, será un gusto conocerlo.

December goes back to this, to be able to share with the whole family while we cook, make delicious food and all these things that integrate each of our lives as a person and feed us as a family.
Being able to be all together making hallacas is a tradition that remains in the home and fills us a lot.
My aunts, cousins and even friends get together to make this moment something beautiful and I think it is part of the flavor of the hallacas to be all together united and sharing remembering the old times.
We talked a lot about the traditions of the past, how we lived our Christmas, and also how many customs have been changing, I also discovered something that my aunts used to do and it was the tradition of the drunken turkey, the first time I heard something like that hahahaha.
But it was interesting to know their anecdotes and stories, I think it is part of the progress of life and how this new generation is growing up with different experiences than ours.
So between talks and stories we managed to make 153 hallacas, my favorite part is eating them hahaha, but I helped tying them, I am not an expert, but I do defend myself a little.
