Russian Attack on Zaporizhzhia: Civilian Casualties and Widespread Shelling

As a result of a Russian missile strike on Zaporizhzhia, an 8-year-old boy and a 38-year-old woman were killed, while a 12-year-old girl and a 43-year-old man were injured. Over the past day, the occupiers carried out 313 attacks on 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, causing significant destruction and numerous civilian casualties.



Specifically, Russian forces launched a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia, destroying part of the city’s residential infrastructure. The enemy also carried out 11 airstrikes on the settlements of Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novodarivka, and Preobrazhenka.

Additionally, 198 UAVs of various modifications attacked Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, and Poltavka, causing widespread destruction. Three MLRS strikes targeted Huliaipole and Novodanylivka, and 100 artillery strikes were carried out on the territories of Prymorske, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, and Poltavka.

Over the past day, 38 reports of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities have been received. Photos and videos of the night missile strike on a hotel complex in Zaporizhzhia further confirm the brutality and deliberate targeting of civilians by Russian occupiers.
