It is crucial to realize that shifting is not something one does only once in a blue moon after having spent months trying to shift and having finally 'mastered the skill'. Nothing if that sort. We are already constantly shifting. We are already masters at it. We shift CONSTANTLY from one now to another.
Think of a movement of a hand. Each position is a separate now, a separate reality and there can be any kind of movement ONLY by constantly shifting realities. So you never have to worry about not being good at shifting. That's just not possible.
Now the only difference is - how far off of your current reality do you ALLOW yourself to shift to?
We tend to drag our 3D physical bodies around in a Nutonian fashion. Cause - effect. Do physical action A (which is actually an elaborate scheme of shifting through realities that we then call - proof of work xD) and get a physical result B.
It's like we have these socially acceptable schemes of shifting that everyone goes like - oh, yeah, I see, you put some real hard work into this! You deserve your desired reality now, congrats!
Whilst hard work is socially recognized as the best and most reliable permission slip, it might not be the most effective one. Because you can drag your 3D ass only in so many ways before it runs out of energy or time, or will. Before it realizes it does not have to do this anymore.
I mean if you need those results and the only way you believe they are achievable is by hard work, by all means. Go for it. Whatever works! More power to ya. But maybe it is wise to get in the right frame of mind beforehand.
Take this analogy for an example - You are absolutely certain that if you put one foot in front of the other, one by one, one step at the time, and you persist and never ever give up, but continue to use your determination you will indeed eventually reach your destination that was, say, 100km away from your starting point.
But if you, instead of just darting away, spend say five-fifteen minutes, searching for your car keys, find them, get into your car and drive off, surely you will have reached the same destination WAY faster than by "doing the hard work" and walking the distance.
Now the Version 1 of this example may judge the Version 2 as being lazy, wasting valuable time while looking for the keys, as not willing to put in the work etc., etc., while in fact Version 2 is just ensuring they're being more effective.
So the real question always remains - what do YOU believe is possible for you?
What do you believe is possible for Hive? The World? Humanity?
Where are we taking this further?
