Show Me A Photo Contest Round 105 -- Goldcrest -- One of the smallest birds in Europe

Two years ago in early March I visited Bad Leonfelden together with Stefan for some photography. We were looking for the Rough-legged buzzard that was seen up there and we wanted to take some pictures of this bird of prey. Unfortunately we didn't find it but on the other hand I found a goldcrest in the conifers up there. It was jumping around in the branches of the conifer and I could take some pictures of it. I have to admit the light situation was really bad, (shitty) but I tried my best and bumped up the ISO to 3200 and even 5000 to get some more or less decent pictures of the goldcrest wich is one of the smallest birds here in Europe.

In Winter I usually don't have that much stamnia to stay out for several hours since it is often getting to cold for me after an hour or two, at least when I barely move and only sit and wait. When I am on the move then I can stay out a lot longer since I don't get that cold so easy. Yes I cannot mention it often enough, I really like the warmer weather a lot more. Spring, summer and autumn are more the my favorite times of the year, not only that there are more birds to photograph also because of the warmer temperatures.
