Inspired Makeup Look : VIKINGS!

Este reto tan espectacular para los chicos y chicas, fue un desafió total para mi, nunca había realizado un maquillaje con este estilo y realmente no fue nada fácil, tuve algunos errores que debí corregir y comenzar de cero en algunos momentos, pero agradezco cada día aprender cosas nuevas y darme cuenta que mientras mas errores cometo mejoro mucho mas.

Vikingos: Los hombres mas feroces a la hora de batallar, sus enemigos les temían, por que su forma de luchar era hasta morir en la arena y no le temían a la muerte por que morir en batalla te aseguraba un pase al valhala, junto a odin en el salón grande. Se cuenta que los vikingos tomaron gran parte de Europa y dominaban tierras saqueando, esclavizando y violando a pueblos enteros.

Hablemos un poco sobre el maquillaje al estilo Vikingo: La mayoría de los vikingos resaltaban sus ojos de un color negro utilizando varias cosas como por ejemplo barro, hierbas o grasa de animal, sin embargo no todo era estética, también se dice que se cubrian de esta manera parte del rostro para protegerse del fuerte sol.
A lo largo de la historia hemos visto maquillajes al estilo vikingos que lucen bastante decorativos y rudos, mayormente abunda el color negro así que elegí este tono para que resaltara principalmente de los demás.

This spectacular challenge for the boys and girls, was a total challenge for me, I had never done a makeup with this style and it really was not easy, I had some mistakes that I had to correct and start from scratch in some moments, but I appreciate every day learn new things and realize that the more mistakes I make the better.

Vikings: The fiercest men at the time of battle, their enemies feared them, because their way of fighting was until they died in the sand and they were not afraid of death because dying in battle assured you a pass to the valhalla, along with odin in the big room. It is said that the Vikings took a large part of Europe and dominated lands by looting, enslaving and raping entire peoples.

Let's talk a little about Viking-style makeup: Most Vikings highlighted their eyes in a black color using various things such as mud, herbs or animal fat, however not everything was aesthetic, it is also said that they were covered in this way part of the face to protect from the strong sun.
Throughout history we have seen Viking-style makeup that looks quite decorative and rough, mostly black is abundant so I chose this tone to highlight mainly from the others.

Proceso / Process.

Para comenzar mi maquillaje agregue un poco de base, la mas blanca que tenia porque quería lucir muy pálida, luego aplique corrector en mis cejas para cubrirlas y que no lucieran tan gruesas, seguidamente aplique un polvo bastante claro y comencé a pintar mis ojos con una sombra negra cubriendo gran parte de mis ojos, luego aplique sombra en mis cejas para que lucieran con mas color y aplique una sombra blanca debajo de mi ojo para continuar a hacer una especia de forma debajo de ella, añadiendo dos pequeños triángulos.

Para el siguiente paso use delineador liquido negro y fue elaborando mas formas en mi frente la cual rellene con sombras marrón oscuro y claro.

To start my makeup I added a little base, the whitest one I had because I wanted to look very pale, then I applied concealer on my eyebrows to cover them so that they would not look so thick, then I applied a fairly light powder and began to paint my eyes with a black shadow covering a large part of my eyes, then I applied shadow on my eyebrows to make them look with more color and I applied a white shadow under my eye to continue to make a spice of shape under it, adding two small triangles.
For the next step I used black liquid eyeliner and I was developing more shapes on my forehead which I filled with dark and light brown shadows.

Después quise hacer unas formas debajo de mis cachetes sin embargo después que las hice no me gustaron para nada, así que tuve que borrar todo eso y volver a aplicar base, sombra y rubor en toda esa área. Y como podrán ver pinte mis labios usando un color negro y lo combine con un poco de labial rojo y pintura al frió blanca, también añadí mas detalles y formas a las lineas que hice debajo de mis ojos.

Then I wanted to make some shapes under my cheeks, however after I made them I didn't like them at all, so I had to erase all that and reapply foundation, shadow and blush all over that area.
And as you can see I painted my lips using a black color and combined it with a little red lipstick and cold white paint, I also added more details and shapes to the lines that I made under my eyes.

Mi maquillaje estaba ya casi listo solo faltaban otros pequeños detalles , quería tener muchísimas figuras en mi rostro así que fui agregando otras cosas mas y también añadí algunas lineas negras (con pintura al frió) en mi cuello como decoración me puse dos piercing para verme mas ... ¿Vikinga?

My makeup was almost ready, only other small details were missing, I wanted to have many figures on my face so I added other things and also added some black lines (with cold paint) on my neck as decoration I put on two piercings to see myself more ... Viking?.
