Yesterday was a very special day for the family, it had been a long time since we had received a joy of that magnitude. It had been nine years approximately to live a similar experience as it is to graduate, to have a university degree and that happened when my husband graduated who is his uncle.

Each achievement is very well received by the family, because each of the members knows everything they did to graduate. I remember when the niece came to live in the city with many dreams and longings to fulfill.

She began to take an administration course through the company where my husband worked with the option of getting a job if she did well in the course. At that time she was waiting for a place at the Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), and she received the news that she was selected to study administration.

The responsibility was greater, she studied in the course and in the university, she finished with honors in the course and with a job to cover her expenses. Since she was a little girl, she was under the care of her grandfather, who protected her and watched over her wellbeing.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law could not be present at the presentation of the degree, because he died four years ago, but from wherever he is, he is very happy.

When she had her diploma in hand, and her medal adorning her neck, my husband called me to tell me: get ready: we are going to celebrate my niece's graduation with a lunch. She thanked God and her family for always supporting her and accompanying her today on such a special day.

Tears of happiness were present, everyone had their moment to speak, when it was my turn I congratulated her and told her that I was very happy that she reached her goal, you are at the moment the first niece who has a university degree, wishing that the others finish their studies and give us that happiness.

I feel very proud of you, how you are, good daughter, granddaughter and niece. We celebrated with beer and ate grill. Only praise and joy came from every family member for the niece, I must tell you that she is to be admired.

Alegría y felicidad en la celebración extraordinaria de mi sobrina

Ayer fue un día muy especial para la familia, desde hace tiempo no se recibía una alegría de esa magnitud. Habían pasado nueve años aproximadamente de vivir una experiencia similar como lo es graduarse, tener un título universitario y eso sucedió cuando mi esposo se graduó que es su tío.

Cada logro es muy bien recibido por la familia, porque cada uno de los miembros sabe todo lo que hizo para llegar a graduarse. Recuerdo cuando la sobrina llegó a vivir a la ciudad con muchos sueños y anhelos por cumplir.

Empezó a hacer un curso de administración a través de la empresa donde trabajaba mi esposo con la opción de conseguir un trabajo si le iba bien en el curso. En ese momento estaba esperando una plaza en la Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA), y recibió la noticia de que había sido seleccionada para estudiar administración.

Ya la responsabilidad era mayor, estudiaba en el curso y en la universidad, terminó con honores en el curso y con un trabajo para cubrir sus gastos. Desde pequeña estuvo bajo el cuidado y regazo de su abuelo, que la protegió y veló por su bienestar.
Lamentablemente, no pudo estar en la entrega del título mi suegro, porque murió hace cuatro años, pero desde donde esté se encuentra muy feliz.

Al tener su diploma en mano, y su medalla adornando su cuello, me llamó mi esposo para decirme: arréglense: vamos a celebrar con un almuerzo la licenciatura de mi sobrina. Estando en el restaurante, ella tuvo palabras para los presentes, dio gracias a Dios y a su familia por siempre apoyarla y acompañarla hoy en un día tan especial.

Las lágrimas de felicidad estuvieron presentes, cada quien tuvo su momento para hablar, cuando llegó mi turno la felicité y le dije que estaba muy feliz de que alcanzará su meta, eres por los momentos la primera sobrina que tiene un título universitario, deseando que los demás culminen sus estudios y nos den esa felicidad.

Me siento muy orgullosa de ti, de cómo eres, buena hija, nieta y sobrina. Celebramos con cerveza y comimos parrilla. Solo elogios y alegrías salían de cada familiar para la sobrina, debo decirles que ella es de admirar.

Sé que seguirán los éxitos y las bendiciones para ella, ahora como profesional tendrá un camino por recorrer. Sin más que decir, me despido hasta la próxima.
