Jose Mourinho, coach of Tottenham Hotspur, has regained confidence in his player Gareth Bale, after the Welsh striker managed to score a goal and make another, during the victory over Austrian Wolfsberger (4-1), on Thursday, in the European League.
Bale, on loan from Real Madrid, made the first goal in the meeting for his colleague Heung Min Son, then scored a goal near the Spurs, from the final price of the tournament.
Mourinho said about that, during a press conference: "One of the reasons that prompted us to change it in the 65th minute is to be ready for the next match, because playing too many minutes may affect him greatly."
He continued, "We have to slow down ... it is these types of players that feel important, thanks to their experience, as is the case for Harry Kane ... We have to trust these players, and in their knowledge of the state of their bodies."
