Big group and small group

Hello Hiveans ... Meeting me again, in this very simple blog

Grasshopper! Everyone is very familiar with one species of insect that is included in the pest group, every insect species that is included in the grasshopper insect, is a condition that looks common in a habitat. Of course, he dominates and controls every land that has the potential for green leaves.

The rice locust belongs to the suborder Caelifera

Based on the opinion of entomologists, it is said that the grasshopper itself has many types, if I'm not mistaken the number reaches about 18,000 species that have been identified, and spread in every region of the world. This situation is clearly seen in each environmental carrying capacity itself, meaning an area that has the potential for green growth. They continue to exist and coexist with human life.

When their existence merges with human life, this is where the familiarity of the grasshopper group is detected and seen everyday in their daily missions, so that their existence continues to be discussed at any time, even though each generation comes and goes. Likewise with grasshoppers, they are also always replaced by other generations, as long as in one area the land has a green habitat.

So the question arises that makes people ask, why do they always choose areas that have the potential of trees? When every green leafy plant grows in an area, that's where the group that dominates a point and that point will later be controlled and will be used as a nest, of course we all understand that the nest is always used as a breeding ground for the group.

If traced, it turns out that this one species belongs to an order called herbivores. While the term herbivore itself, is very closely related to leaves, or can be said to be leaf-eating animals. There are some species that can eat any leaf, and there are also those that choose certain leaves for their food.

If each group of grasshoppers chooses and determines their main food in the form of leaves, then indirectly that group will be faced with human life and activities, especially those who work as gardeners and fruit farmers. This means land that can produce as a livelihood for sustenance, or an important location in human life in farming.

So, in this case there are two things that look different, and both are involved simultaneously, one side as developer and one side as destroyer, so that when that happens, the gardener or person who works as fruit and leaf producer makes the decision. The decision happened to be something the grasshoppers didn't like. They are considered pests, and the name of the pest itself is a form of protest against their presence on every piece of land they own.

The decision that has been taken, by every gardener and fruit grower, is a term against their presence, whether in small or large numbers. This heavy assumption shows their dislike for this group.

The form of protest from every fruit farmer and plant farmer, is a decision that is very detrimental to the grasshoppers, why? They will continue to be expelled and continue to be killed as a form of their protest in every way. This behavior is also based on the loss of farmers in managing a crop. This happens because the locust group always makes crops fail, because each leaf will continue to eat in every plant growth. Eventually the young plants and some of the plant developments die or at least bear no fruit.

Thus, the assumption of farmers is that the presence of a group of locusts in a plant is an attack that can harm the plant and the manager, for several reasons mentioned above.

So, if a field empties into the presence of grasshoppers, or if they are not present in every crop? Does it have a negative impact on any other animal groups? Of course there is.

What does it mean?

Indeed, one side looks bad for fruit farmers, for some of the reasons above, but when examined in depth, it turns out that the presence of grasshoppers in small groups is very beneficial for fruit farmers or plant farmers. Because their presence is a source of ecosystem for every resident of the habitat.

There are still residents of the habitat who want the grasshopper's body, because that's food as an animal or some other species. When a group of small grasshoppers is present then every other animal as a pollinator or helper for the continuity of a habitat will be present, then the presence of these animals becomes a fortune for every plant. Then each plant will also continue to develop in its entirety. Even if there are some damaged leaves, it will not have a detrimental effect on the farmers.

That is, the presence of grasshoppers in small groups can still compensate for the continuity of a habitat, because predators are present and when they are present they can help the process of developing green land.

However, what makes habitat destruction, especially green land, is if the locusts are present in large numbers, like several large-scale invasions of several countries that occurred several years ago.

At that time, millions of teacher locusts with large capacities had immigrated to a country, thus attacking every available land, then this capacity became a very scary thing for farmers and also a problem for the government.

So, it can be said that the existence of a small group is not a scary thing for fruit growers and plant growers, even a small damage can benefit the plant itself, assuming it can bring every animal and some other decorations, which works for the growth of the plant itself. But the presence in larger groups, especially for certain types, can be a bad thing, or a disaster for a country, especially for agricultural land.
