For breakfast, I ordered a breakfast taco. But, I only ate the contents and discarded the flour tortilla.
For lunch and supper, I have noticed that I lose weight when I have plenty of fiber. This is why I tend to eat the celery with cream cheese. Otherwise, the weight loss is slow, if at all. Protein seems to stall my progress.
