I like to enjoy new flavors when choosing food. As well as I like to visit the new gastronomic businesses that emerge in my city, San Cristobal Tachira State - Venezuela. That's why yesterday I went to know this new gastronomic proposal, after an intense Xtreme Bike class with my friend Carroll.

Since they opened the place, I wanted to visit it and finally the opportunity arose, without much planning, as sometimes the best plans arise. Upon arriving at their facilities, at first, I really liked their facilities, they have a modern and minimalist decor, with colorful paintings and also a sign of lights, I found it a nice space. A fact to highlight is that they have power outlets, ideal to go to telework, or why not? for a small business meeting.

Now, let's talk about what is really important. Açai, a fruit native to Brazil known to be a superfood, is similar to blueberries physically and in taste. It turns out that this fruit is put through a process, that finally the final product is a powder, this new business transforms it into a cream with a texture similar to ice cream and they offer unlimited side dishes to fill your glass or bowl. You can choose the size of your glass and what you want to add to the Açai cream, which by the way, comes sweetened with Stevia.

I loved this new proposal, I chose the 12 ounce glass, and for the topping I asked for pineapple, mango, strawberry, kiwi, peanuts and for the topping, peanut cream and chocolate drops. Without a doubt, I loved mine.

Desde que inauguraron el local, yo quería visitarlo y por fin se dio la oportunidad, sin mucha planificación, como a veces surgen los mejores planes. Al llegar a sus instalaciones, en primera instancia, me gustaron mucho sus instalaciones, tienen una decoración moderna y minimalista, con pinturas coloridas y también un letrero de luces, me pareció un espacio agradable. Un dato que resaltar es que cuentan con toma corrientes, ideales para ir a teletrabajar, o ¿por que no? para una pequeña reunión de negocios.

Ahora, hablemos de lo realmente importante El Açai, una fruta originaria de Brasil conocida por ser un superalimento, es parecida a los arandanos fisicamente y en su sabor. Resulta que esta fruta es pasada por un proceso, que finalmente el producto final es en polvo, este nuevo negocio la trasformo en una crema con textura similar a la de un helado y ofrecen diversidad de acompañamientos ilimitados para llenar tu vaso o bol. Puedes elegir el tamaño de tu vaso y lo que quieres agregarle a la crema de Açai, que por cierto, viene endulzada con Stevia.

A mi me encantó esta nueva propuesta, yo escogí el vaso de 12 onzas,y de acompañamiento pedí, piña, mango, fresa, kiwi, maní y para el topping crema de maní y gotas de chocolate. Sin duda, me encantó el mio.
