Mutton Karahi
Mutton Karahi is famous in Asian countries which is a mixture of meat and other vegetables. The word Karahi means a round shape frying pan in which different foods are made.
The taste of eating Karahi is very different as compared to other meat foods. Today my recipe is mutton karahi which is very tasty and delicious. I will explore the ingredients of Mutton Karahi in this post.
How to make Mutton Karahi:
Wash and rinse mutton piece take a wok add mutton pieces, tomato slices, ginger, garlic paste and salt. Then place wok on fire and cover it with open high flame and cook about 30 minutes. After that add crushed chili, green chili, garam masala and ghee & saute it well. At last ginger and green coriander for Garnishing.
Ingredients:
1 Meat (mutton) 1 Kg
2 Tomatoes 1 Kg
3 Garlic Ginger Paste 100 gms
4 Red Chilli (crushed) 80 gms
5 Garam Masala 50 gms
6 Black Pepper (crushed) 15 gms
7 Coriander 1 bunch
8 Ginger 1 piece
9 Ghee 200 gms
10 Green Chilies 100 gms
