Hello everyone! One of my favorite Polish desserts is the Rogal świętomarciński or St. Martin's croissant, and it is a typical dessert from the Polish city Poznań and some parts of Greater Poland but I don't eat it very often, as it turns out that they only sell it in season, that is to say for the day of November 11 which is when St. Martin's Day is celebrated and although it is not yet that date, the supermarket Biedronka has already put them on sale for their customers and of course we did not hesitate to buy them. It is a croissant filled with white poppy seeds with raisins, peanuts, walnuts and orange peel covered with a tasty sugar glaze so you can imagine that spectacular combination of flavors.
