Sacred Wombs of Nature:
Fruits, Nuts, Seeds & Greens
There is so much debate and information flying around constantly about health, diets, fasting, workout routines and so much more.
Yet the science, functions and structures of the human body are quite simple, and health naturally abounds when those functions are understood and the Natural laws are followed.
On a physical level, the human body functions are no more complex than an other mammal on Earth.
We can look at a monkey and see easily, through observation, what is the most beneficial foods, liquids, habitation, social structures, etc.
Every animal species has it's own specifications of natural needs, including HUMANS.
While it is debated by many whether humans are a purely animal species, or perhaps have been interfered upon by alien species and DNA, either way the human biology holds the same basic needs.
FRUITS,
nuts, seeds & greens are the most nourishing, life-giving, biologically perfected foods that we can benefit from.
Consider that many of the fruits and vegetables that we eat today are not 'indigenous' species, but cultivated genetics prepared for purposes of mass agriculture, feeding more people, and harnessing various traits.
Yet, originally All food was Wild, growing madly in a race for the most beautiful existence, the most extravagant leap of green fueled creation spurred on by human co-habitation and appreciation.
If you visit the tropics you will see a taste of the Wild Nature of which I speak, with fruits you will never remember the name of and flavors you only ever dreamed about.
Fruits are truly the greatest gift of nature, created most beautifully and perfectly as a Divine substantial meal for humans and many other animals species. Fruits are offered from trees, bushes, flowers and vines.
When you take a fruit, the plant that you have taken begins to produce MORE fruit for you to continue to take a be Blessed by.
Some fruits grow flesh around a central seed, or pit, the flesh of these fruits are like the Womb of the seeds; The juices and fibers nourish the baby seedling, which must be protected fiercely, as it contains within it the potential for another creation, which may bear countless more fruits and countless more seeds.
When you eat a delicious juicy fruit, or a crunchy apple, or maybe it is a creamy avocado, or a summer-vine ripened tomato...
Give thanks to the land which grows that food,
Give thanks to the plant which evolved to create that specific type of food that is unique in all the Universe
Give thanks to the elements that nourished the fruits as they grew
and the hands that picked them and brought them to You
Give thanks for the nourishment, the life-essence, the thirst quenching liquid Sunlight that fruits Give
Give thanks for this journey, this exploration of Being in Unity with Earth
