Why experimenting with diets was my best way to overcome my digestion problems
This is supposed to be a summit for people who want to take control of their digestion and well being by learning how food is digested and why a diet can always, not often but always help*.
*These last words come from me, it is my experience and well educated opinion. I try to be as accurate as possible, being highly motivated to seek the truth and the logic which seems to go hand in hand with it.
Having had digestive issues from being a child which grew slowly to become very aggravating which doctors couldn't explain I want to press you, do it yourself, it is not that hard! In my little family farting was normal and we used to joke about it. Until it became too much I later learned and for me it became a disease which ruined my social life, relationships and even work as symptoms got worse. And it was all due to gluten and lactose intolerance and undiagosed SIBO. Which later became a huge Candida Albicans infection. SIBO or Candida Albicans was never found by any lab test and I was so desperate begging the doctors to come and smell, because what would come out was terrible yeasty yucky!
Thanks to the internet you don't have to be ashamed so don't let it get out of control. Even if your obese or thin remember this: once upon a time you had to survive, could you now? For reference Weston Price: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration will hopefully persuade you that indeed surivival of the fittest foundations where on best nutrition available.
