1) If you are middle age or getting old.
According to medical experts, blood pressure can rise at any age but its risk starts growing rapidly after 40 years. 2) Specific lifestyle.

In fact, the three lifestyle above mentioned above threatens you with a high risk of blood pressure. To avoid this, try to adopt the moderate physical activity of 150 minutes every week. If your job is to be seated, take a quick walk of time later. Reduce the use of salt in your diet and try to avoid smoking.
3) Obesity.
If you are too fat, it is the biggest sign of risk of high blood pressure. Especially if you are worried then it's chances increased as much as possible. But the good news is that if you lose weight to only five kilograms of weight, it reduces the blood pressure level.
4) If you have different diseases.
If you have an assessment of some specific diseases like diabetes, kidney diseases, and high cholesterol risk of high blood pressure increases twice. Medications for treating these diseases can also cause blood pressure.
