Just finished my workout. Feeling GREAT AND ALIVE AS ALWAYS! 5-6 miles EZ. Fasting over 18hrs a day EZ. Well physically not so much mentally. As I fight daily to push and surpass the outer boundaries of my mind. Yesterday I ate 4 tiny chickens that shrank to the size of an egg lol. Too funny XD
That is all I ate. Plain. Protein. Doing that again today but will add some veggies as I barely eat em'. Will push harder to drink more water. Still having a hard time drinking water lol. I can only drink water when I eat. The video explains em all. Till then !
