So, a video about half way through my walk/jog. Hit easily 5-6 miles. Though, my energy is just drained. I am going to have to force myself to drink water because I can't seem to drink enough water. Yes, I don't drink enough water and I don't get hungry. Even if I did get hungry I will drink water till my stomach is full but mostly dry fast.
Tomorrow is day 38! I am so proud of myself for making it this far with working out daily!(5-6 miles walk/jog/hike). Now I am starting to lift weights more. Once my body adjust it will be aweesome! I will workout no matter what! Hope everyone has a great Sunday! Till then
