Day 28 Intermittent Fasting(32hrs) Update & My Philosophy

I was about .6 miles on the trail atm but also walked about 1 mile from my house so it was like 1.6 miles at the time. I was shadowboxing (mauy thai) Doing kicks, knee's, elbos, punches, and push kicks, teaps, heel kicks, spinning kicks, round house kicks, low,mid,high shin kicks :D It was FUN AS HECK! I love shadowboxing as I burn more fat :3 Not to mention I am going for 32 hr fast today! And hit about 6 miles today :)

Feeling GREAT! FEELING ALIVE! Stomach is getting smaller and back like I said last post lol. I will weight myself again on day 30! So, in about 2 days. Pretty proud of myself!
