As the data from MeBand2 revealed that my quality of sleep is worse than I thought I am starting a new experiment to see if I can improve it! Starting tonight I will tape my mouth before I go to sleep, each night for one week. 🗓️
A quick Google search tells us that nasal breathing is the more natural way of breathing that our bodies are designed for and has multiple health benefits, improved sleep being one of them. By covering my mouth with tape I make my body breathe through my nose only.
