It took place back in 2011 in a small town Goodhue in Minnesota. The entire population consists of 1000 people with 200 volunteer emergency responses team.
This is the chain of events that happened to 54-year-old Howard Snitzer all of them when he was suddenly collapsed on the sidewalk from a massive heart attack as he walked out of the local grocery store. As the grocery clerk dialed 911, the only other customer in the store rushed outside and started giving CPR. Several other people across the street overheard the commotion, and went to lend a hand.
He just wasn't breathing so the 20 people who had came to his aid lined up and when one guy had enough, the next guy jumped in. It take 96 minutes for a rescue helicopter from the Mayo Clinic reach their location and successfully resuscitate Snitzer.
10 days later, Snitzer had made a full recovery and was released from the hospital.
