I'll start by saying I believe. A great believer. She believes that women are alive. Women are power. That women are powerful. That women are love. That women are soft. In every group we look at: secular and religious, Israelis and Arabs, poor and rich, educated and ignorant, leftist and right - each group has women. Women are an inseparable part of our population and they will forever be. Because of them, humanity continues to exist.
I also say that my definition of racism is to base your attitude toward someone based on any affiliation of that person: sex, race, religion. I believe that racialists discriminate against groups of people out of ignorance, stupidity, fear. Unfortunately, religion in the State of Israel has decided to embrace racism against women. Yes! I call it racism. And stupidity! In recent times, more and more delusional cases of humiliating and discriminatory treatment of women have emerged and all these cases originate in religion. Instead of honoring the woman, admiring her and giving her a place of honor, the Jewish religion in Israel is doing eighths in the air to find how to humiliate us, to hide us, to brand us as seventh-class citizens. And it all comes from the same place-the poor men do not want to take any notice of the women's appearance, their voices. Today's women are so amazing that a man looking straight at them will think lascivious and sinful thoughts. Because you, the same horny, perverted men who do not manage to control themselves, unlike most of the men on Earth, we women should disappear. I also have a lot of sinful thoughts when I encounter a student, but I manage to overcome myself and keep them deep inside. This ability to control our thoughts, not to act on them whenever we stand up, is what sets us apart from animals.
Let's start with the last case:
El Al moved women from their seats because Haredim refused to sit next to them.
Explain to me, how was not there a big shout on this plane ??? What nerve does a man decide that it is not right for him to sit next to a woman and demand that they pass her a place ??? In my opinion, I am sure that sitting next to those haredim, dressed in endless layers, was far less pleasant for the women who had to sit next to them. And what about El Al delaying flight for more than an hour because of a bunch of brazen, ignorant, stupid and chauvinists?
I think a person who does not want to sit in the place chosen for him on the flight should be turned off from the same flight at that moment! Without getting a refund. Without receiving an alternate flight.
The protest of the pants
Did all schools in Israel become religious schools? The next step is to force a head and dress cover, shoulder cover and face concealment. For what reason, in Israeli schools of the 21st century, boys are allowed to wear airy and comfortable clothes, and girls have to wear long pants, so that they will be warm and cozy ?! And the chutzpah of teachers and principals, to hurt the academic achievements of these girls, because they wore short pants. The pants worn by the girls in the State of Israel were much shorter. It all begins with education. Schools are the "education system" of our country. And they need to educate the youth to equality, dignity and freedom of expression.
I think that a school that forces the girls to dress differently from the boys is a school that has to be fired immediately! And every teacher who supported the same chauvinist discrimination.
The exclusion of girls in a mixed basketball team
Why, in the name of God, did the coaches break down and decide not to share the girls? Why was this "religious" group simply not disqualified from playing in the league? What happens if one of the boys accidentally touches one of the girls during the game ?? God Himself will crush him? Will he go up in flames right now? Perhaps he will think "lascivious" thoughts, which he no doubt is busy thinking around the clock because he is a teenager and that's what adolescent children think. The more you try to make them feel bad with these thoughts, the more they will be executed in a bad and unhealthy way and feel bad about themselves.
I think that a team that refuses to play against girls should lose that game.
Messiah in Rabin Square with separation between women and men
Huldai, you disappointed me! is very!!! The bastion of pluralism, the House of Freedom, the city of secularism. How did such a thing happen ??? And more in Rabin Square! I tell you, at this rate, not far from the day when modesty patrols will move around Neot Afeka, Shikun L, Ramat Aviv Gimmel, and Tel Aviv will become a captive of religion and stupidity. Maybe next time we'll have an event that separates rich and poor? Between academics and the uneducated? Between Ashkenazim and Mizrahim?
I think that the next time the Tel Aviv municipality agrees to hold an event at its borders, it has a duty to read well what it signs and to absolutely not agree to events that impose gender segregation .
The Council for Higher Education is planning separate classes for haredim on campuses
You're not serious, are you? Is it hard for you to concentrate in class because a girl is sitting next to you? It's probably because the school hid women from you and you are not used to seeing them. The very idea is absurd and humiliating. The next stage will be separate campuses, and in general - separate universities. And you know what - what do women need education for anyway? God forbid, we will not see them on the way to university. They should stay home and raise the children. Not to study with us in those classes, and certainly not to teach! It's hard for you to concentrate on the class because a girl is sitting next to you - welcome to the adult world! There are stimuli outside. Part of being a graduate is knowing how to take control of yourself. And if you can not - here's the door! I wanted to write that such universities would not receive funding from the Council for Higher Education, but it was the Council for Higher Education that raised this initiative, which is a scandal, the State of Israel itself is a candidate for discrimination. High discrimination, "or" Council for submission to religious coercion. "
I think that someone should be fired at the Council for this chauvinistic discrimination, and in no way allow classes where only men are present.
The female soldiers sang, the cadets left
A few months ago I was at Bat Mitzvah. My first time a bat mitzvah in California. We were invited to a ceremony in the synagogue. I dressed in the most modest dress I had, and she did not cover my elbows and barely knees, and I had already planned to separate from the boys and be sent to the distant top floor with my daughters and feel assigned. When I arrived, my eyes darkened. Or rather-my eyes lit up. The women and the men were all together. The women dressed in their best clothes. Dresses, T-shirts, Trousers. On the stage stood a woman and Sarah. And her poetry was so beautiful. The mitzva was also on stage. Sarah, reading from the Torah. Together with her parents. both. mom and dad. I expected at any moment that a great lightning would descend from heaven and bring up this entire synagogue with fire. And you know what - nothing happened! Everyone sang, and rejoiced. And there was a feeling of family. freedom. Pride. Love.
I think that soldiers who go out in the middle of serving women have to be tried. And a man who goes out in the middle of a ceremony because a woman sings - will not be allowed to return to the ceremony, even if he paid for it.
Religion is the source of all these cases. And it's hard for me to understand how an institution that is supposed to bring people closer, to encourage family, love of others, respect for every person, insists on humiliating women. Women are life. Women are the future. We have advanced a lot in the past hundred years. Women are not property. Women are the daughters of a man with equal rights. The exclusion of women casts us off dozens if not centuries back. We must not, as a state, give in to any of these extremists, ignorant, chauvinists, fools, parasites and give them the legitimacy to discriminate against one group from the rest. Because it will only be the beginning. What kind of discrimination is different from what happened in Nazi Germany? To sit at the end of the bus, to get different classes, to be isolated and separated as a group, how is this different from the humiliating treatment blacks received in the United States in the 17th century? We have to go ahead! Not backwards. At this rate, the State of Israel is a country in which I will be afraid that my daughters will grow up. Where they would have to fight always just because they were girls. A state in which they are not equal citizens. A country where they are treated as lepers. This is not the country I want to live in.
