Amaranth Breakfast à la KusaTsuri ~ full of antioxidants ~ 5 minutes to make and ready to go ~FruitsAndVeggiesMonday

Good evening, steemian friends!

I’ve made a promise long time ago to this girl, my steemian friend #kusaTsuri, that I will made this awesome breakfast. The original recipe is hers, but I wanna share it with you because I really liked this one. 

WHY?? 

Because it's just how I like it: sweet, delicious, healthy, colorful and 5 minutes to make! What else should I ask for?:p

The ingredients you'll need are just a few:

  • popped amaranth
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 400g soy yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey (depends on how sweet you wanna have it)
  • 12g Acai powder

The method is really EASY:

Mix the amaranth with the yoghurt, honey and the acai powder.

And then just decorate it as your heart desires!  ♥  ♥  ♥  (For decorating, I used also almonds and some granola).
