This type of Spam consists of posting a certain content, and then afterwards "deleting" it to repost it as original content again, replacing it usually with "deleted", "error", "wrong post" or similar phrases. It is usually done when the post was not voted by curators, or the expected autovotes at 5 minutes don't kick in, so its basically a move of "I will repost it until you vote it and delete the previous one to pretend I'm not spamming". All this while usually claiming that they reposted it because they could not see the first post due to a malfunction of the front-ends.
In some extraordinary cases as this one, the reposting takes place even if the first post was substantially voted.
Also extraordinarily, in some cases the posts are reposted in the same community and several hours after the first post, when obviously the first post is visible.
Finally, as the pinnacle of blatant abuse, very rarely the posts are reposted not 1 time but 2.

Lo and behold
Even though it appears the first video is different from the second and third, it is exactly the same video, this is due to one video being uploaded to youtube and the other two to 3Speak, which is very useful to pretend they are different videos since rarely anyone actually watches them.
