I noticed in this post 2 different account names had exactly the same comment, word for word. Is this just co-incidence, i don't think so. I suspected all along that many people here on Steemit have multiple accounts. My policy is, if they make a worthwhile comment, and put a little work into it to enhance the post, they get an upvote.
