The truth is, the 14th amendment was unlawfully foisted on the American people and was the biggest step to further implement Marxism in America. As one of the "Reconstruction" amendments, it was not about the rights of the slaves, as most institutions, the academia etc. promote. In reality, it created the tools THEY (The Hierarchy Enslaving You) needed to make everyone (tacit) slaves! This amendment contains the verbiage and "flow", (by operations of law) if you will, for the incremental (progressive) application of the 10 planks of the communist manifesto. The "freeing of the slaves" argument has been salaciously used to brainwash masses as a prop to cover for the fact that the 14th amendment has made every US citizen a slave! (Slavery ended with the 13th amendment's outlawing involuntary servitude.) Many have followed this train of thought and use it to infringe upon or violate the rights of others. Deliberately not mentioning these details and creating this confusion as to the intent of this amendment, has created a corrosive effect. This was planned and willful! If you think the South was fighting for slavery, you've bought into the lie or just believe the lie you were taught! (See the Corwin Amendment, pro-slavery 1860). This amendment (Corwin) was intended to keep the southern states from seeking Independence from a tyrannical government. The Southern states started seeking Independence shortly after the Communist Manifesto was released on the world. If it was all about slavery, the South would have stayed for this amendment alone, right? The slavery issue did not come into effect until 3yrs into this federal government created the war between the states.
If you are in disbelief do a simple search on The Communist Manifesto, read it to see for yourself which plank, if any, is not in operation in the USA! The South was right. They saw the Marxist coming. (Communist Manifesto Karl Marx(ist) 1848.) The greatest lie ever told by the communists is that the USA is a country. The truth is, the USA is merely a government formed by the original 13 States and joined by 37 more. Furthermore, the United States of America is a union of independent nations, countries, separate and distinct from each other enjoying the independence of each as such.

There is myriad of dis/misinformation on the internet concerning the freedom movement and process for freeing oneself from the claws of this federal tyranny we have been subject to under this evil 14th amendment. Many are parroting others in their definitions and interpretations which causes confusion in truly understanding this evil amendment and the remedy to correct one's Nationality. It has us chasing our tails. If you have experienced this you have no doubt been struck by this sort of tactic. Their chief aim is to misdirect you and keep you confused. The thing they are blatantly hiding is the law that is being used to control us.
With that in mind, you must put it to a litmus test to truly determine if it is real or fake. Of course upon mere observation, detectable frauds are sometimes hidden, right in front of your face. So deeper critical thinking and discernment must be applied. One part of this test is to do your own research to verify the claim you are presented with. Most people do not have the time or desire to follow up on all of these claims, reports, and systems, many of which are false and misleading, and end up either walking away in disillusion, confusion and a sense of distrust, or because of the temptation, impulse or perhaps pecuniary interest, fall for them, which in many instances is non productive and a waste of time and money and/or possible jail time or unwanted legal problems.
Don't let yourself be misled by all the nonsense spewed by so-called “Authorities”, from being brought up to believe this or that, mainstream media and their pundits and in recent years from internet websites that bolster these false claims. Including the self-appointed “Fake Judges”, dis-info channels, Youtube videos and other internet patriot sites that promote illegal activities such as willful failure to file taxes, revolution, anarchy and some even imply using violence, etc. Many of their followers have been led astray and ended up in prison. Some of these “sort”, upon release from incarceration, are back at it spewing the same nonsense to a new crowd that leads them to a stay at “The Graybar Hotel”.

The truth is all of our nationalities were stolen via the 14th amendment in 1868. This usurpation has caused a confusion in the minds of the masses. They think they live in a free state, the law says otherwise via the 14th amendment. You need to know that our lawful State nationalities were stolen and our rights traded for privileges and immunities and how to restore the lawful limited and self-governing system the founders created. It took 80 years for America to be subverted by the 14th amendment. That one amendment destroyed a thousand years of customs and usage. But there is a remedy! See Article 1, Section 8, clause 17 US Constitution and you'll see the unlimited government for the US citizen.
Nationality correction is LAWFUL, guaranteed by the US Constitution and is recognized as a LAWFUL STATUS as per The Law of Nations. De-Facto administrative courts do not have a mechanism for dealing with this status as State Nationals are recognized under "common law" not de-facto administrative law. There are crossover laws in the two, however, they are simply rewritten common law and the objectivity in them is obvious.
The entire purpose of Nationality correction is severing ties that make you a US citizen, IN ADVANCE, as a PREVENTATIVE REMEDY by creating "proper (self-authenticating) legal evidence" to rebut the presumption of US citizenship/nationality. This is very powerful if used correctly. No, it is NOT a silver bullet, but it is the first step in taking back what was stolen from all Americans, true republican freedom. (NOTE: in a republican form, the people [body politic] are sovereign, not the individual in terms of the public. You are only sovereign over yourself and property under common law.)
PRESUMPTIONS OF LAW
Accordingly, in Vattel's Law of Nations, it is apparent citizenship is a derivative of nationality. Citizenship suggests political rights and duties, in contraposition to nationality, which is a natural right of association.
We get nationality from our parents and/or place of birth. Depending on the jurisdiction, it is gained by jus soli (birthright by land) and/or jus sanguinis (birthright by blood). In the USA, we have both.
In the USA, the courts have decided that the 14th Amendment confers nationality and citizenship to anyone born on US soil (in general). This is a presumption of law that stands unless you have proper legal evidence proving "to the contrary":
"Someone having been born in the US is presumed to continue to be a US citizen in the absence of proper legal evidence to the contrary. — Perkins v. Elg (1939) 307 US 325; Ex parte Lopez (S.D. Tex 1934) 6 F.Supp 342.
"Expatriating a U.S. citizen SUBJECT to the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment on the ground that, after reaching the age of 18, the person has obtained foreign citizenship or DECLARED ALLEGIANCE TO A FOREIGN STATE generally will not be possible absent substantial evidence, apart from the act itself, that the individual specifically intended to relinquish U.S. citizenship. An express statement of renunciation of U.S. citizenship would suffice."
The ultimate outcome of severing ties from this political system is removing yourself/person from the private law system created via the 14th Amendment, thus rendering it null and void simply by correcting your status. This, in turn, gives you/your person "jurisdictional personam" over their de-facto system of law and administrative courts.
